Ruttgers

For the past 4 years we have gone to Ruttgers on Bay Lake for a mini vacation.  Sometimes it's an entire week or just a long weekend.  This year we just did a weekend as we went as soon as school was out for the summer. 
This year was extra fun as it was Charlie's first year.  For being 7.5 months old and popping 4 teeth during the weekend she did amazing!
We managed to fit a lot into a weekend, swimming, boating, bonfires, a trip to Auntie M's for ice cream, cards, and just relaxing!

I swear we only packed for 2 days!!!  :D

1st Haircut

Charlie's bangs were getting a bit long so after much debate, Nana trimmed them.  I was willing to pay $6 at Kid's Hair for a professional to trim them, but Pete insisted that we don't need to spend $6 we could just do it ourselves.  They look pretty good, a tad uneven but when you have a 7 month old who will NOT sit still for 2 seconds thats what you end up with!
